Saddlebrook Estate is a luxurious equestrian lifestyle estate, consisting of 117 stands, developed on 130 hectares of secure residential, equestrian and leisure space and is nestled deep in the heart of the Kyalami Equestrian area, perfectly situated between Johannesburg and Pretoria.

Founded in 1998, the estate is moving into its second life cycle. All the stands have been sold, and only two stands are still to be developed.

Saddlebrook is ideally situated for school-going kids with the likes of Beaulieu, Dainfern, Reddam Helderfortein, Crawford Lonehill, Steyn City School, Cedarwood School and The American International School right on our boundary.

The Estate is close to both Kyalami Corner and Dainfern Square for convenient shopping and close enough to two regional centers, being Fourways mall and Mall of Africa.

Even though driving through the front gate takes you into a country escape, you are never more than 10 minutes away from restaurants, gyms and all the other amenities one could want nearby.

Dennis is our lovely Estate Manager who runs the day to day in Saddlebrook, ensuring that the estate remains on track to being a sought after place to live.

ESTATE TECHNICIAN
JAINDRE HUYSER
JD oversees all upgrades made to the estate as well as maintains the estate's brand new electric fence perimeter. JD is on sight all week and able to fix any problems with regards to equipment and any needed repairs.
LANDSCAPING TEAM

Saddlebrook has a landscaping team of 9 staff which are on sight all week and maintain the estates greenspaces and entrances. Saddlebrook also has a landscaping design team and committee made up of keen residents who contribute time to the landscaping upgrades.

24/7 Security
24/7 Security Services has taken over the Saddlebrook Estate security contract as of December 1st 2020.
We have done this so as to ensure that we meet and maintain the high levels of security, that befits an estate like Saddlebrook and its residents.
